This number called at least 15 to 20 times a day all the way up till 11 o'clock at night. Never leave the message and when I try to call it back its just a busy signal. I don't know how to stop it I've even blocked it with an app but they still keep calling.

I have this number calling at 10pm at night sometimes and constantly through out the day.PLEASE REPORT TO THE "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY"  I just did....

Harassment! Dumb as hell. If I don't answer the first 100 times, you'd think someone would get a clue!!

These people keep calling and calling. They leave messages.  Sometimes I answer the phone and tell them to STOP CALLING ME.  Supposedly they want to help with unpaid students loan - which I DO NOT have.  I have repeatedly told them to take a hike, that I am on the do not call list and yet they continue to call.  If they were a real company, their caller id wouldn't be blocked. Most likely a scam.

I've had criminals calling with "V" followed by long number before and it has usually been offers to decease credit card interest, so I don't answer.  I think they want people to think the 'V+long number' is their credit card number so they might pick up... who knows... they are just money hungry criminals.
