1455 17 Dec 2015. Received a call from 859-355-5528 with the name Tim Hartley showing on my caller ID screen. The quiet Asian sounding voice started talking about my computer. Having heard about this type scam introduction I asked him loudly whether many people fell for his line, then hung up. Whitepages.com shows a family by the name of Rogers in Winchester KY associated with that number. Can these scam artists now use real peoples phones?

An Asian man continues to call my phone every single day asking about a computer. It's harassment, as I've told him to not call back, that I have legal rights to actually Sue him because of the number of times he keeps calling. He replied to me that HE would Sue me.

Unfortunately these operations are based overseas and taking action is next to impossible.

An Indian sounding man called. The caller ID identified the caller as Tim Hartley but white pages show the name as Rogers. The man said tha call was about my computer. He asked ifvI was the owner of the computer. His English syntax was odd. I hung up.

This number called late at night.  I didn't answer, but have received several other calls from this area code late at night in the past week.
