Got a call from this number. Said the name of their company was "mediators" and they had a case in their office against me for fraudulent activity. Had the wrong date of birth and wrong ss#. Told they to stop calling me. There was a lot of noise in the background. I could hear other people answering the phone. The name of this supposed scammer sounded familiar. I think I have heard of them before.

Received a call that was left on my answering machine from a Mark Schaffer threatening legal action if I did not return his call today. I did return his call, only to hear a voice recording state "No one is available to take your call. Leave a detailed message after the tone".  I did leave a message stating I didn't appreciate being threatened. Hope they call back so I can record the conversation and then turn it over to my good friends in law enforcement.

This guy left a message when called back lady answered talking about a payday loan she said 5 or 6 years ago a thousand dollars pay to 289 or court I told her see you in court.

Got a message from this number. A supposed Mark Schaeffer with a case against me pending mediation. That if I didn't call back I would waive my right to counsel. Scammer.

I just got a call from this "scammer". He just called and said that this case may or may not have anything to do with me. Took a while for him to come back to the phone. This is a scam. Please don't give in to them
