This guy uses many aliases - Ryan Cooper, Jordan Brown, David Miller and uses the app on a android or iphone called a burner to call and harass places of business. Asks for a certain individual and demands that person pay $500. Police report filed for the harassment but because of the burner on his phone he's able to appear as calling from a variety of #'s all of which are unlisted.. the first phone # he called from that he actually gave us - has been shut down (we'd filed a complaint w/ the FCC.GOV and have done another one on this #. They are not a collections agency as they refuse to give you information on whom you owe the money, won't allow a check to mailed to an address so it can be traced, won't take a CC #  - demand payment through a rapid cash type wire transfer so it isn't traceable - do not fall for his antics, He's rude and very vulgar and seems to have nothing better to do with his time than harass people. appears as though he's calling from a call ctr as you hear other callers on phones in the back ground, but that can be deceiving. Don't know how to ge the jerk to stop calling - just keep posting complaints and warnings when we get the calls and he actually leaves a phone # for the individual to call back. we hang up most the time, but as a place of business his war dialing is very disruptive.
