They keep calling and keep calling and keep calling. I have turned them into "Do Not Call" registry several times. Today I received two calls from 8582056713. Yes, I have told them to never call this number again.

Caller ID reads "PHES". They leave no message. I finally answered and after a long pause of silence someone finally came on the phone. They said they were working with the city on home remodels not based on income but the age of the home. I asked to be taken off the list and the called answered, "sure" and immediately hung up. I have received at least 10 calls from this number in the last week. I am not confident that I will be taken off their list.

"Tired".... The call came from "Home Energy Solutions".... They are the biggest scum there is.  When you "dial back", you get a message..."You have reached Home Energy Solutions......".  No other info.

I also just got a call from them and I have kept track of their calls and numbers.  They cannot be blocked since they use fraudulent numbers all the time.... Below is the list of the numbers they have used...
