I believe this is a bill collector as they keep asking to speak to mr snowman, of course I don't have any idea how they got my cell phone number but I have told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number. they call at least twice each day.

I called the number back, it is a marketing firm.  There is an option to be put on the do not call list by pressing the number 1 on your phone.  I hope not to hear from again.
