Said they were Transworld something but wouldn't say why they were calling unless I identified myself. Wouldn't do that and hung up. SCAM

I ask who was calling, after being put on hold, they said, "Transword" would not state the reason for call, I hung up.
Caller ID is spoofed as "Cambridge," spoke in slow-halting english and lots of background noise.
