Called my home looking for someone I never heard of.  Considering since I got my "new phone number" I have had nothing but collection calls for at least 4 different people who evidently had this number before. We'll make that total number at least 5 now. I told the woman nobody by that name resides at this residence or has this phone number. Lets see how many more times they call here looking for them. Caller ID said ICS whatever company that is, I don't know.

So, I googled ICS and obtained the following results. Please note that there are numerous companies under the name ICS, but referencing my previous post I believe it to be this one. ICS Collections Service, Inc. From their webpage : ICS is a full service collection agency offering pre-collect call center campaigns, bad debt collection with contingency rates, third party claims management for healthcare collections and collection litigation. Our 20,000 square ft facility is located in Tinley Park, Illinois. So I have provided this for anyone else looking to identify this number or company.

@ Aggravated,   That happens a lot.  And if you also happen to have a fairly common name then you can expect more calls.  My in-laws have a common name (first and last) and can receive multiple calls per month.  And telling the callers that the person the caller wants does not live there is called a lie and the harrassment continues.....  Especially with respect to debt collections.  Old, outstanding debts keep getting dug up, recycled, and the calls start again.  

Will recommend that everyone look into "Nomorobo".  Valid, free, and effective if your telephone service provider supports it.  Easy to find online and setup if available to you.  Won an FTC prize in a contest for effective scammer/telemarketing calls.

Got a phone message at home-even a nastier one about criminal charges at my workplace. The individual who called himself identified himself as Investigator Craig Daniels from the Office of Litigation of something like that  (but left me unsure if it was an agency or name of the business???) Anyway, this Investigator Daniels said I was wanted for non-compliance as I failed to respond to "10 notices" sent out. He didn't say what the charges were but I have been getting some calls regarding some payday loan I never took out so it may be for that as I have no other unpaid loans or ever had trouble with the law. Also, I don't get that much mail that I wouldn't spot something important and I have lived at the same address for over 12 years.
Additionally, the "investigator" ended his threatening call with insisting I call right away at 857-242-1717 and "Have a blessed day", which sounded strange for a business or law-enforcement professional to say . Later that night I was able to learn that the call number 857-242-1717 is Legal Recovery Solutions.

I will have to look further into this company and if they are actually legitimate, tell them not to call me at work, correct their error, and stop using harassing and threatening tactics on consumers. (If, on the other hand, they continue or are not legit, I will definitely be filing complaints.Any further info I learn that might help others getting these calls, I will post and hope that anyone with more info on this company will also share it here. Whether people owe money or not, no one deserves to be harassed, intimidated or threatened at home or at the workplace.

I, too, got unwarranted calls and phone message at my office and home. Caller ID identified the number as ICS, although when I called 857-242-1717, the same number as appeared on my home phone, the woman answered as Legal Recovery Solutions (after which I hung up). Why the same number and 2 different companies? Also, if you goggle Legal Recovery Solutions, you will find that it isn't even a credible company, obviously scammers looking to get money through illegal and harassing practices.
