The number look up suggests it is a business related phone. She wanted to pay only by PayPal which is how my son was scammed a while back. That one overpaid the amount and ask for a refund. They had changed the PayPal addres by placing a barely noticeable . which sent it to a fake bank account. The care was left with the towing co. they had paid with a credit card number that was not honored. The Towing Co. released it to him without payment.
