Calls from a "blocked number" once a week about an electric bill.

Just received a call, message was brief, " please give us a call and have your electric bill ready"

Scam call about NJ electric bill... I grew up in NJ so I have an NJ phone number but have never lived there as an adult (aka had utilities there). I get scam calls from different numbers about this a few times a month.
