I received a call this morning from this number. INSPIRAWOODBURY was on the caller Id.  Its a robocaller from Credit Card services.  "Heather" These calls are tiresome.  If its not Heather, its Rachael from Credit Card services.  I wish we could figure out how to stop these callers.  I have been on the no call list for years, but it does not help with these callers.

That damned "Credit Card Services" (Heather) calling my cell phone.
Do not call list does not stop criminals. Where's the SWAT team?

This is the same old "Credit Card Services" lower your rates scam that the FTC has shut down several times before.

Was just called a few minutes ago, so reporting as well.  Maybe someone can use the info to prosecute them.
