We just got a report from a citizen that a latino male called her from this number stating that gang members were holding her cousin for $1800 ransom in the Boston-Somerville area.  She has no male family members.

This guy's dangerous. He says he's just a passer by and someone you know is going to get killed by a gang, then tries to extort money from you. If he calls you, call the police immediately.
