called,  no message, came in on caller id as voice over number, have no idea who this is>?????  called back said that i would be transferred to next available agent,.
music while i wait????  why call with voice over protocol? not legal if this is a collection agency.  still waiting for answer frequest but ins to let me know to stay on line and and it will be answered by an agent, then phone goes dead.way to go to get any sales or collect money,
