I listed an item for sale on Craigslist. This person sent me a text msg. that she/he is not in this area, will sand a money order with additional $30.00. Then he would send someone to pick up my item. Classical scammer. Got the same message from different phone numbers from the same area. Not sure if this scammer is a single person or the organization with the multiple phone numbers.

The same exact thing happened to me today. What does this want?

This person called me to when I left a message to call me and not text as I do not text they would not reply. Just amother Craig list scammer.

Same scam.  First simply asked if the item was still available.  I responded with a simple YES.  Then they offered to send a money order and add $50 for the delay - wanted my name and address.  Recognized it right off as scam.  I played a little and offered to make an appointment when they returned. Nothing.....deleted it.

It is the same thing here, He texted me and offered to send a Money order + $ 50 for delay He is a perfect Scammer
