Called on a Thur. at 4:01pm. Caller ID showed "Not Available" and the number showed up as "11-856-499-4184". Call went to my ans. machine they immediately hung up when recording came on. The "11" at the beginning of the phone number may indicate that this call came from overseas.

Call keeps calling every 10- 15 mins. and when the answering machines  picks up they hang up.

I answered and a man with a strong speaking voice read me his script about financially supporting our local law enforcement. I told him that I do support all law enforcement agencies but to my knowledge, they do not hire third parties. I then asked him politely to remove my number from his list.
