If 1. Verde is a legit company and 2. I have no previous business relationship with them and 3. I did not contact them previously and 4. They are a commercial, for profit, non-political, enterprise then how are they NOT breaking the law by ignoring the Do Not Call list?

If they are a legit company why do they not proudly display their name on caller ID? or leave a message?

Sorry, no warm fuzzy feeling about them. Rather a slimy scammer feeling.

I continue to receive calls from this number as well as other related numbers. They never leave any messages and call at all hour of the day and night. Please block these numbers for me. Thank you.

Here is Verde Energy's info. Please feel free to contact all the government agencies you want. It probably won't do any good. The government is ineffective at everything.
