Don't Ignore this call they are a legit debt collection agency based out of Hi Nelia, NJ. SRA Associates Inc,  I myself thought they were just telemarketers until I received a letter in mail detailing who they were and why they were contacting me. They contacted me for a payment my insurance company failed to send KIA so KIA sent it to this debt collection agency. Once i talked to them everything was straightened out and case was closed.

Sounds to me like a scammer or identity thief, because banks will never call anyone asking to confirm personal information. They are forbidden to under Federal Banking Law and FDIC regulations.

Calles me 6 to 7 times a day, i called back and as soon as it says that the call is being recorded I hung up. I have heard they are bill collectors and I don't give out my number so I don't know how they got it.
