My SECOND call from this foreign tax scammer.

This number called me and left a recorded message that said. "This is about your credit card [not identified!].  There's nothing wrong with your account, but you can lower your monthly rate to 6.9%.  Press 1 now to speak with an associate."

Since no bank or credit card was identified, was obviously a scam to get personal info or rope you into a new card.

Called me. Didn't answer. Didn't leave message.

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!

Number actually came up on caller ID as 'Tax Refund Scam'! They're not even trying to pretend anymore!
