Called my wife's cell phone immediately after another spam call came through. Left a voicemail. It was a man's voice with a thick island or African accent. Mentioned my wife's name and said that this is the last chance or something like that. I traced to a landline in NJ, just outside of Philly. Called back from my Google Voice number and it either rings a few times and then gives a busy signal or it immediately says that the call cannot be completed as dialed. Scumbag spammers/scammers.
