No message - caller id says SSI - googled #, no info.

caller ID was SSI .... no response when answered and then disconnects.

I answered and at first there was no response then muffled talking & a male voice laughing into the phone.

Just got this call and answered. He said he was from TSI phone company. He kept repeating multiple times that this was not a sales call. Dumped him into the PITA extension. The caller ID said SSI
