ABSOLUTELY NO POLICE, FIRE, EMS WILL  EVER SOLOICT MONEY OVER THE PHONE. ASK THEM TO SEND INFO TO YOU IN THE MAIL AND HANG UP.  YOU SHOULD TRY AND GET ENOUGH INFO SO YOU CAN LET THE POLICE IN YOUR AREA ARE AWARE OF THIS, AND JUST ,MAYBETHEY CAN GET CAUGHT
