no message called right back and got a "machine" voicemail box identifying only the number and a beep. left message to whoever to stop calling or leave a message that can be returned. They called back in 5 minutes and I answered. They said nothing but did not disconnect; so I said well I am calling in the state trooper who is standing in my outer office to talk to you then and they hung up.
