This is some phoney security company. They are using a spoofed legitimate number. They also use illegal Robo Calls. Unfortunately, the owner of the number has had to change numbers and have Verizon investigate. They claim to be GE, which I am sure is also phony.

Home security prerecord.  CID number is disconnected now, McFraud, so I guess they ticked off the legitimate owner of the number they spoofed, 856-424-2046.  I pressed the One Key to see if I could talk to a live person.  Call terminated.  My guess is that they will call back and follow up with a live person to see if I really want home security system.  They are, as you say, phony and they are scum.
