Who are you

I just got a call from this number, and I haven't given this number to anybody.  They asked for me by name, but wouldn't identify themselves.  When I pressed for their name, they hung up.

this number keeps calling my cell phone even though I have registered it on the Do Not Call list.

My daughter got a call from this number.  Asked for another person and asked for her address.  She did not give anything out.  When I called them back the gentleman sounded middle eastern and when I told him that she was under the age of 18 he told me that he would no longer call her.  Gave the name of zachary and said that he was in the 8th grade.

Received this call twice.  I don't know this number so I don't pick up.
