Call came through in Spanish

Robo call recorded 30 October 2014 (Spanish language Political call for candidate Jeff Bell, NJ Senate)
Caller ID: "Penns Grove NJ"

I've received a few of these Spanish language political calls this season. I don't speak Spanish but each call ends with "...I am Jeff Bell and I approved this message."
