It forced my phone to dial twice.

I stopped it both times.

This person or company needs to be sued.

It's a number of Camden County College, I'm not sure what department.

A Robin from this number left a message, asking me to call her back.  I did.  Not answer, even after about 40 rings.

Just received a message from this #.  After getting a follow-up e-mail from the caller, I relayed what is happening with the # on caller ID and using it to call back.  They are an office at the college and there is nothing they are able to do to change the caller ID.

What I suggest is that if no message is left, consider if you have any business with the college and if so, check with that group's direct number (or go through the college's operator) to return the call.
