I had a similar call (caller was female). She asked to confirm the address of my business, and when I asked who she was with, she said "the American Chamber of Commerce." A guy called saying he's updating chamber of commerce records. Gave me the business name and address to confirm and then asked for the manager's name. That's when I hung up. He didn't call back. Sounded like a call center in the background. Slight time lag between sides of the conversation.

A woman called asking me to verify my company name and address. The phone was very noisy at first. I refused and she hung up.
