This SOB just scammed me too, said his name was Jeremy Sonny.  Can't believe I was so ignorant and fell for his ploy.  Scam was over some Lakers Basketball tickets.  He had posted 4 tickets available on Craigslist.  He said his mother-in-law just had a heart attack and he was at the hospital and could not go to the game.  He asked if I had a Bank of America account which I do and asked to transfer him money online and proceeded to give me all his BofA information so i thought he was legitimate. After I transferred the money he confirmed receipt then said he was trying to email the tickets but could not split them as the original tickets were for 8, so he then tried selling me 4 more at a discount at which point i realized something was really wrong.  Soon after his 562-242-4326 phone number was disconnect.  

I have tracked him down and DA in his local city of New Jersey and have the police involved.  Hopefully this schmuck gets some serious time behind bars.  

Also, has anyone turned him into Craigslist?

I'm going to call the NJ Police Hotline and file a police report locally in both CA and NJ.  Hopefully this schmuck gets some serious time behind bars.

Almost got scammed by this dude today for some laker tickets. Told me to send the money through bank of america, got done sending it off and he sends me back a text(keep in mind that he never answered the phone) telling me that i deposited it into the wrong bank account.

Luckily I googled his name and saw this site. I went back into the bank, canceled the money transfer, and got my money back.

This guy is a class act, I hope he gets caught.

I just got scammed from him for Lakers tickets. $1000. i was going to buy them and sell them to make money to pay for school. now im out all of my money. i wish i would have googled his name instead of being so stupid. He used Jeremy sonny with me and the same bank of america account as everyone else. called the bank today and they told me there was nothing they could do to get my money back except a civil law suit. he used the number 562-392-2130 with me.
