For the love of good gravy folks, it's the billing office (Accounts Receivable) of Cooper Hospital!  Why not answer your phone & even if you're broke, make arrangements to pay your bills or explain your situation?  The fellow I spoke with was very nice & understanding of how our bill had sort of slipped through the system & simply gave us the amount owed & the address to send the payment to.  Take off the tin-foil hats & answer your calls!

Well if their so good about making payment arrangements, why would they be so shady as to not speak when you answer the phone.....

when i received calls from this number, it was preceded by three or four blocked/private numbers. when answering the blocked call, they hung up. so it may just be coincidence or cooper hospital is getting sneaking with their methods.

didn't leave a message. no tin foil hat here, just annoyance because my insurance covers everything and I'm sick of medical places harassing me day and night because they didn't file the claim properly. it is not my job to do their job for them.
