It is a recorded call, with the phone number and reference number inserted into the message (computer generated voice) - NO identification of callers Company or affiliation given other than the above generic name.

I received two prank calls from this number this evening referencing my child, though not by name, pretending to be a business call but using obscenities so clearly not a legitimate business. Sounded like young boys. If I call the number there is a voicemail message that sounds legitimate but does not name the company.
