Continuous calls show up on my work phone with this number daily, but I never answer a number I don't recognize.  They never leave a voicemail.

Patriot are pretty aggressive and annoying but they're a legit business

Well, as legit as resume harvesters / spammers can be. Their business model appears to be to spam everybody under the sun with bogus job offerings in order to harvest resumes, then spam every employer under the sun with the harvested resumes in hopes of getting a contract. Spam harvesters can ruin your prospects of getting a job -- if a company gets your resume from multiple recruiters, the company throws your resumes in the trash because of fear they might get sued by one of those recruiters if they hire you.
