Yup it is one of those bottom feeders nastyheads!

called cell number, no message left...added to reject list

(856) 345-2655 called and left no message.

I have now received over 1K calls from this company over past 3 years and I owe nothing(credit is over 800). They continue to change numbers and harass me. I guess it is time to speak with a lawyer and take action vs. them. Calling me about someone else at this level is beyond unreal.
