Called my cell, left 1 second message, from NJ, USA

When they asked me to verify my address, I told them that they called me and I was not going to verify anything because I didn't know who they were, they hung up on me.  Never verify any info with callers you do not know, regardless if they say it is collection call.  They could be scamming you and too bad if they get upset.  The protection of your identity is more important than their feelings.
