They keep calling here in California for a parking ticket this guy got in Denver, CO before he changed the CA title to his name after we sold him my deceased Dad's car. This happened 10 years ago. When they call now, I see it on the caller ID and just hit the fax button on my PC and then I block the phone number. I can only block 12 phone numbers so we'll se how many numbers they have!! LOL

Whoever it is, they left no message. As we owe absolutely no one any money, I suspect it's a phishing scam.

it says something insurance when I call them back, they've called me 2x in a half hour.

I've just started getting them, four times today from MRS BPO LLC. I looked that name up online and it appears to be a debt collection company. Since I don't have any debtI never pick up the phone when I see that number, and they don't ever leave a message. My message says to leave a message and I'll call back, since they don't I guess they don't want to talk to me that badly.
