This number is being used by organized crime (mostly foreign national calling from outside the USA) to commit financial crimes.

It MAY be an international ring but his disposable phone is a Seattle based phone number. He has to be familiar with American West bank in Eastern Washington as the address of the bank and his business address are the same. I also have a valid email address that I have communicated with so an IP address can be traced.

I received an E-mail with this phone number on it. This is a scam artist. Do not sell or ship anything to this person or group. You will lose. The last part of the E-Mail address is @live.com. I have never heard of this and now I have had two people send me E-Mails with that address, most likely the same person. Beware!
