Ask them- How much to put sign up. Get a legal contract and call their bluff.

They call almost every day.  They say I have a payday loan that I defaulted on.  I don't have any payday loans.  Threatened me with legal action.  I would ask what company they were and he would rattle something off fast and not want to repeat himself.  Trying to scam me out of money. Threatened to have me served at work and at my house and to be available with proper ID between 12 and 5..LOL REALLY.  I told him come on and that I will have the police and my attorney present.  He hung up.
