I just received a phone call from this number also. I called it back and it said thank you for calling to claim your 2 free $25 walmart gift cards all you need know is a credit or debit card to continue. I stayed on the line and then it gave me the option to press 3 and be removed from their call list.

Spam call. Scam company telling some lies about winning a contest. I suspect they are identity thieves.
