Actually the call says it comes from Moorestown, NJ, and there is a Morristown, NJ.  Moorestown is in Southern New Jersey, Morristown is in Northern New Jersey.

Wow I had a very different experience from this number than what I am seeing others post... The only personal info they asked was if this was my land line or cell phone. They posed as a political poll and asked my opinion on my local candidates. Caller could not pronounce correctly half of what he was reading. It sounded like a legit polling call at first, (saying this was his first day and first call) then turned into a Fox Network BS slamming of candidates with unbelievable lies. Was on with them for 35 minutes. Now I am worried that I actually fell for a scam. First guy told me it was his first day and he appeared to be a total moron! Then when I asked about this being a BS call to slam candidates he seemed at a loss... He put a woman on who was marginally more educated... She just followed her script. It brought up many hot topics but not gun control! The one topic that most Americans agree on, yet is not an option for debate with them. I kept asking about the bias of their questions... They pled stupid... I believe they were that stupid. So... I am guessing some nutcase is paying morons to sway political opinions from NJ!

This call came at 6:33 AM today.  Answered without checking caller ID because of time of day.  No talking but after a few seconds said "good bye" like a robo call.  Very upsetting since that time of day would indicate an emergency call from family.  I'm angry.

Other review said Maximum Research - I looked it up - http://www.websurveys.us/webdnc/index.html - who knows it if works - but they supposedly have an internal do not call list. As apparently the national do not call list excludes them as they ONLY call for research and never to sell. Heck worth a shot!
