They just keep calling and calling and calling. I've been asking them to stop for days. But, they just hang up and call back later. Where's the executive order to ban these people?

I received a call from this number today and the telemarketer stated she was from Maximum Research and looking to conduct a political survey.

Answered this call and was asked a bunch of questions about the local energy companies I use and how satisfied I am. Call from Moorestown, NJ. Called at 7 pm my time, which would be 9 pm their time.
