I just got a call from this number. No voicemail message left.

Mystery solved.  They're persistent as hell so when they called back I answered.  First Energy (or something like that) trying to get PECO customers to switch providers for "big discounts".  You gotta answer and tell them you're not interested and to stop calling or they'll call you everyday multiple times per day!

Having blocked them and routing them to VM one of them (she) quickly identified their (her) self as Clearview Energy before hanging up. They have their own website as an energy reseller that is "BBB acredited". Told BBB what I really thought. You should too. :)

Make sure to file BBB complaint under civil rights violation if you have added your number to the DoNotCall Registry. :)
