I received the phone call from this number at 11:05 April 10th 2017 I did not answer the phone but when I call back the phone wouldn't want a medically disconnect and would not bring I called out least 10 times no one answered no voicemail

Legit Police Unions will NEVER solicit donations over the phone. Only two reliable unions are the FOP and PBA and again they do not call for donations. Do not give any money to these scammers calling your phone. If you really want to donate money contact your local police dept and ask for their union mailing address and mail in a check.

Caller did not leave any message.id suggests a call for computer service or web page. My experience  and other reading here, it is scam.
