this is an ederly couple that was scammed by someone then they compromised their phone number. They are very upset and dont know what to do

I received a call from the above number on my cell phone, but they left no message. I tried the number back on a land line and I got a beeping tone - similar to a busy signal, but a slightly different tone and a little bit faster. I'm guessing it was a spoofed line.

Called, answered, no response. Probably a scammer.

These people need to contact their local law enforcement for help and guidance to find a senior-assist organization that will help them.
