Same name and scenario as first poster.  Call blocker stopped it.

Just called. CID showed Prolife New. I didn't notice that & answered it because I'm expecting an important call & this is my area code. Asked for Thomas. I said no so they asked if I was Thomas. Said no again. Then they said well maybe I could help them & started spiel about pro-life. I hung up & blocked them.

same story - Old scam to get personal information and Credit Card info.

This number called my business line. I was suspicious of the number before I answered because the caller ID said None. I've never seen it say None before but i answered anyway. A lady's voice answered and asked for my sister, which means they probably got the number from some public record. My sister hasn't been associated with our business number in 10+ years. So I said she had the wrong number. She said Sorry About that and then just continued talking. Before I could even hear her next words, i hung up.
