I receive calls from the following numbers up to 3 times a day: 856-149-8447 and 856-158-9945. It is very annoying.

SAME AS ABOVE NUMBERS==COMCAST SAYS THEY CAN'T BLOCK THEM ==THIS IS SO ANNOYING

I am getting these calls daily from VARIOUS numbers. Today one came in from WA. I'm trying to block the calls but every number they call from is different. It all starts with the same recording. I want these people DEAD now. I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST but they don't care. How can we get them for harassment? I hear the start of the message, "this pertains to your current electrical bill' and hang up.
