No idea who these morons are, left no message but I see other health insurance scam notes posted for different ending #'s! 123 seems to be a valid, but bogus prefix for New Jersey - if you try to dial it back it won't go through because 123 is normally an invalid prefix anywhere in the US. So either they're spoofing #'s again or something scammy is up.
Block these #'s from your phone, don't answer it, don't call it back. If your service doesn't allow call blocking - consider getting another cell service or phone company!
