I didn't recognize the number but picked up because it appeared to be a local call. After saying hello twice and a slight delay, a robo message about time shares began and I immediately hung up. I'm on the national and state DNC list, so this call was completely illegal. A Google search returns no legitimate business and some white pages matches to a local name/number. I believe they are spoofing local numbers to increase the likelihood that someone picks up their criminal robo scam call. The caller ID displayed the number 850-893-8685 and Beverly Chapman. The 850-893 area code and prefix being local to my city. They are spoofing local names and numbers....the same exact scenario happened to me yesterday with a different local name and number (850-893-5053) beware!
