Received 2 calls from this number with voicemail stating I was named in a civil litigation and they would be coming to serve me.  First off, they had my first name correct, but not the last.  Also, you don't usually get advanced notice when you are being served.

I have receive 4 phone calls telling me that a compaint about me has been field and if I did call back by 72 hours I will be serve to appear in court

That I have a civil court case that i know mothing about and I have 24 hrs to get intouch with them or they'll send a cop to my work and if I'm not there a judge will decide how to find me.

My sister has received two calls from a 850-780-0620  stating they were with the civil litigation department, stating that the message was for me, and that I would be served a notice to appear in court at my home or place of employment within 72 and 48 hours, respectively, and that a uniformed officer would be present for safety purposes. They instructed us to call back to 855-797-1580 and reference an account number
