I am receiving a large amount of varied Unknown phone calls on my cell phone. Which is eating up minutes. As they just sit on the phone.
Yesterday 3/7/16 this phone number was used at 9:27am.

I actually got a call and VM from "Officer Carter" at this number. He could hardly speak English and told me that there were "3 criminal allegations against my name".  He also said, "You should understand." Yes I understand - this is BS.

Threatened to kidnap and spoke of lot of BS

This number  came up and left a message  on my home phone. The user of this number is impersonating the IRS  . They are claiming the IRS is suing  you for unpaid taxes.  This is a scam do not call back this number.
