calls and hangs up. Blocked!!

8507244703 unknown caller leaves no VM - no clue but I do know it is a VoIP carrier from Level 3 Communications, Llc - Ga using the Century, FL prefix ... so why would some one in the state of Georgia call me using an internet phone with the ruse of intrastate number-- unless they are trying to pull off some sort of scam - did not work this time and I have now let the whole world know...- sorry scammer no luck this way
