All the time, I never answer... assume the worst

this person knew my entire name and my last 4 numbers of my socil security #! so i ask him who is he and what company he works for in which he refuse to answer. but i'm like who this person knows my entire name and ss# and refuse to answer my questions so i hung up the phone and reported the # then blocked it.
